Tim Huth
President

Tim is CFO of Meadows Asset Management and the corporate turnaround specialist.  Tim brings a strong and varied background to CDS based on his 10 years with Meadows Asset Management. Tim has considerable background in real estate development, construction, insurance, technology, and related markets. He has a strong track record in helping Meadows business units become market leaders.





 Rick Clay
Chief Operating Officer

Rick is responsible for Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology.
Rick brings a track record of building successful technology-based service businesses.   Rick's previous engagements included, partner in a joint venture with Nestle USA currently delivering a proprietary collaborative computing and community building service; as a Division GM at America Online responsible for the successful launch of a consumer service serving 2,000,000 users; as the CEO in the turnaround of a niche auto aftermarket e-Commerce business; and as the Vice President in charge of technology in the U.S. for Avco, a $7billion financial services company.

Bill Kliss
Vice President - Business Development

Bill is a recognized leader in business development, sales management, worldwide sales & marketing, and strategic planning. Bill's previous engagements were: CEO of nuVision Solutions - a company focused on providing sales acceleration solutions to a wide range of industries, COO and VP of Sales & Marketing at Auto-Graphics - an information and content management solutions provider, and Division GM at Scan-Optics - a leading information management and imaging provider.
